Prior to joining the team of Tammy Law Professional Corporation, I began my legal career as a legal assistant in the practice area of criminal law in the GTA. It was then that I realized I had a passion for litigation and advocacy. After completing law school, I worked as an articling student at an immigration law firm in Toronto. Helping families navigate the Canadian immigration system provided me with a unique perspective on interaction with clients that centered around fostering open communication and building a relationship of trust. Following my call to the Ontario Bar, I made the transition from immigration law to family law with a particular interest in child protection law. Drawing on knowledge of criminal and family procedure, immigration regulations, and child protection law, I am able to offer creative solutions and advocate effectively for clients of various backgrounds facing different legal challenges.
